The R.J.A. & H.S. Champion Producer titles are awarded in two age groups. Junior cows are under 4 years at the start of the test and Senior cows are from 4 years onward.
Points are awarded as follows:
    1 point for every 1 kg of Butterfat
    1 point for every 1 kg of Protein
    1 point for every 10 kgs of Milk
in a 305 day lactation.
All cows must produce a minimum of 5% Butterfat and 3.75% Protein, and must re-calve within 14 months.
